The will to win exists in all of us, each in his own world, with the goal he set for himself, by his own ideology or in a different sport, all evolving from our natural competitive instinct. Research has proven that competition in sport has an immense educational influence on both children and adults. Most sports found in the modern western world have found a place in the Israeli sports culture.
Motor sport made its debut in our country in 1985. The goal of the Israel Motor-Sport Association (ILMSA) - Israeli Racing Club (ILRC) is to bring motor sports to its rightful place, and to be recognized in the modern world. Internationally, motor sports are expanding greatly, and are serving as an economic vehicle to many industries, investors and media.

The Israel Motor-Sport Association is a voluntary association founded in 1990 in order to promote Motor Sports in Israel. The Israel Motor-Sport Association works according to International Standards of the
FIA and FIM and the Israeli Sport Driving Law. The Israel Racing Club is the executive body for racing of the Israel Motor Sport Association. In Israel, the public's recognition of the sport is growing as is the number of Israelis competing in international races, thus increasing Israel’s need for its own race track.
The concept of the club is, that, as the culture of driving through all of its branches takes root professionally in Israel’ so will the skills of the drivers.
The sport activities will be directed to safe Motor Sport sites, thereby reducing the number of accidents and helping in the conservation of nature.
THE CLUB’S GOALS:
To advance Motor Sports in Israel.
To advance and to develop safe driving.
To develop courses to promote safe driving and for training purposes.
To develop a Motor Sport sites
MOTOR SPORT RACES
Motor sport races are organized by the Israeli Motor Racing Club and are raced on winding dirt tracks which require great skill, through JNF forests and through areas that are protected by the Society of the Conservation of Nature.
The races are run, while, at the same time respecting and taking care of nature and the wild, under the laws of the International Racing Association for motor sports and under the supervision of a professional marshals and judging crew.
The Israeli Motor Racing Club has run many races, including:
The Golan Heights Rally, the Upper Galilee Rally, The Emekim (valleys) Rally, The Negev (Southern) Rally, the Ein Hashofet Rally, and a variety of motor cross, rally cross, auto cross, drag racing and many more.
And the two famous Rallies racing under international supervision: Arad Rally and the Jordan River sources Rally.
